What are the available payment options?

We accept payments via cash on delivery. If you want to pay online, we accept jazz cash, easy paisa, credit and debit cards.

How does the cash-on-delivery mode work?

Only customers in Pakistan can avail our cash-on-delivery service. It is only when the order arrives at your doorstep that you make the payment. Please make sure you have the exact amount of cash on you because our delivery agents do not carry any change.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time across Pakistan is 2-6 working days.

Can i change or cancel my order?

You may modify or cancel your order within three hours of placing it. After that your order won't be cancelled.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation from us, via phone call or email, within the following 24 hours (your order number will be included).

Is there any special tip for maintaining the jewelery ?

To prolong the life of your jewelry, our customers are recommended to keep it wrapped in a piece of soft cloth or tissue. Avoiding jewelry contact with water and perfume spray will also help prolong its life.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order through the confirmation e-mail or Through our Website option Track Order. Click on ‘track order’ and enter your order number to see the status of your order.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

Please note that we do not offer full refunds, once a product has been purchased. If, for some reason, you do not like your order, you can return it and get a 30% refund of the price. Alternatively, you can exchange the product for 50% of the price.

But if the Product is Broken or any other Mistake from our end then you will get 100% Refund or you can Return your order.
